A FREE 5-DAY MOMent™ CHALLENGE
You're the one who remembers the appointments, the deadlines, what the kids need, what needs to happen at work, what needs to be paid, who needs to be called, what somebody forgot, and what needs to happen next.
PUT IT DOWN: A 5-Day MOMent™ Challenge
September 28–October 2, 2026
Five days to look at what you've gotten used to doing, thinking, and expecting from yourself and decide what you don't want to keep doing the same way.
You finally sit down...and your brain starts running through everything you didn't get done.
Somebody offers to help and you say, “I got it,” because explaining what needs to happen feels like more work than doing it yourself.
You accomplish something you've worked hard for and before you've really enjoyed it, you're already thinking about what's next.
You know you're qualified, but you still replay the conversation wondering if you said the wrong thing.
You want something for yourself and immediately start thinking about how it will affect everybody else.
You need help, but sometimes doing it yourself feels easier than depending on somebody and being disappointed.
And some days, you're tired of everybody needing something from you...and then you feel guilty for even thinking that.
Your life may actually be going pretty well.
You're working.
You're leading.
You're mothering.
You're building.
You're making decisions.
You're taking care of business.
People trust you.
People depend on you.
They probably tell you:
“You're so strong.”
“I don't know how you do it.”
“I knew you'd figure it out.”
And they're right.
You've figured out a lot.
But being able to handle something doesn't mean you have to keep handling everything the same way.
That's the conversation we're going to have.
You probably don't need one more thing to do.
I'm not giving you a prettier planner.
We're not waking up at 5:00 a.m.
And I'm definitely not going to tell you a bubble bath is going to solve everything.
Put It Down™ is different.
For five days, we're going to slow things down enough for you to notice some of the things you've been moving too fast to question.
Why am I always the one who handles it?
Why do I feel guilty when I choose myself?
Why do I keep thinking I should be further along?
Who told me I had to do it this way in the first place?
I'm not going to tell you what you need to put down.
I'm going to help you notice what you've been picking up automatically.
Because you probably do. At least from the outside. You work. You lead. You mother. You solve problems. You've accomplished things. You've got receipts. People may look at your life and wonder what you could possibly be struggling with.
✓ You say you want help, but when somebody offers, half the time you think, “Never mind. I'll just do it.”
✓ You know you're qualified, but you can still question yourself in ways nobody around you would ever guess.
And sometimes you wish somebody would stop asking what you can do for them...
and ask how YOU are doing.

And I know this woman because I am this woman.
I've been the woman who handles it.
The one who figures it out.
I've worked.
Led.
Mothered.
Built.
Pushed.
Achieved.
I've walked into rooms qualified to be there while still having thoughts nobody in that room would've guessed I was having.
I've accomplished things I'm genuinely proud of and still had moments when another thought showed up: But is it enough?
That's one of the biggest things I've learned:
Accomplishing more doesn't automatically change the way you talk to yourself.
That's one of the reasons I created The MOMent™ Movement.
The woman underneath the job title.
The responsibilities.
The motherhood.
The accomplishments.
The expectations.
The woman who gets tired.
Who wants things.
Who needs things.
Who sometimes questions herself even though everybody else thinks she has it figured out.
And I'm not going to pretend they will.
But five days can help you notice something you've been doing for years without ever asking yourself why.
You may walk away thinking:
I don't actually have to keep doing this the same way.
And that's where something different can start.
